Cheese Garlic Breadsticks and Cheese Sauce

I prepared a Cheese Garlic Breadsticks and Cheese Sauce recipe without an oven!
It's easy, crispy and delicious

❖ Ingredients
4 slices of white bread
50g(3 1/2 tbsp) butter
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tbsp parsley
1/3 tsp crushed red pepper(optional)
shredded mozzarella cheese
oregano

35ml milk
2 slices of cheddar cheese
7g(1/2 tbsp) butter

❖ Tips
1. When making garlic butter, I recommend melting about 1/2 of the butter, not completely
2. You can skip oregano and crushed red pepper if you don't want to
3. Stir well after melting the cheese sauce in the microwave
