Reports indicate the workers were executed and buried in a mass grave along with their vehicles. The three-hour session saw strong condemnations from several ambassadors. Volker Turk, the UN’s High Commissioner for Human Rights, told the Council that the international community must do more to end what he described as ongoing atrocities committed by Israel.
