Resentment is Not a Healing Strategy

You say you want to heal…
But you’re still holding onto the pain like it’s protecting you.
You replay the offense. You justify the bitterness.
And maybe deep down, you're still waiting for an apology that may never come.

But hear this in love:
If you’re unwilling to let go of past hurts—even when guidance is available—therapy can’t move you forward.

Healing doesn’t happen by accident. It’s not passive.
It’s intentional.
It’s spiritual.
It’s brave.

God can restore, yes. But you have to partner with Him by releasing what no longer serves your growth.
Bitterness is a burden, not a boundary.
And forgiveness? That’s not about letting them off the hook—
It’s about freeing you from the prison of the past.

💭 Ask yourself:
Do I want to heal, or do I just want to be heard?

It’s time to choose.
