How to Switch Layers and tell what layer you are currently on using the Nova World Buffs addon and some friendly guild mates :)

I went from Layer 1 to Layer 9 in this video. Your Layer will be displayed on the mini map. If there is not a layer displayed, talking to an NPC or clicking on a mob will help update it.
