This service call had a drinking water system that had been sitting for six (6) months. There are some growth floaties floating in the water. I do need to work on speaking for the camera/audience. This could have resulted from the water sitting stagnant for so long but a more likely reasoning; during prior service work the system was not sanitized or filters were handled incorrectly and got contaminated. I always tried to explain this to trainee(s), that you always wash your hands first before doing R.O. service or installing new filters. And you should not ever touch the new filter with bare hands, use/keep the wrapping/packaging as a protective barrier between accidental contact (should at least always) with CLEAN Hands.
