Any referendum for Alberta separation, being pushed by Alberta Prosperity
Project, will FAIL. It only serves as yet another distraction tactic, keeping freedom-minded individuals distracted and preoccupied while Danielle Smith continues implementing New World Order (NWO) infrastructure in our province behind our backs.

Smith and the The United Conservative Party of Alberta (UCP) or must I say United Nations Conservatives won the provincial election with just fifty point five percent (or less) of the vote.

However, a referendum on separation (which is based on the 'Clarity Act') will require at minimum sixty three percent to be considered valid. This means every single person who voted The United Conservative Party of Alberta in the last provincial election would need to vote in favor of separation—along with an additional 10% of those who voted for the NDP.

The Clarity Act states that even if a referendum were successful an unlikely outcome all 10 provinces and the federal government would still need to agree, negotiate and essentially give consent for separation to take place.

This underscores the sheer futility of pursuing a path for such a referendum, as it is both unnecessary and a waste of valuable time and resources.

Moreover, a separation referendum is entirely pointless because Alberta is already a sovereign nation. This is a critical and significant legal fact not being disclosed to you by those promoting Danielle Smith and a referendum.

The 1931 Statute of Westminster returned all allodial title of the lands of Canada to "we the people." As a result, the provincial and federal governments lost legal title to these lands and could no longer function in any lawful or legal capacity.

The passage of this statute required each province to draft and ratify its own constitution, along with the establishment of a new federal constitution of confederation.

However, this never took place, meaning that we, the people, still legally own the lands known as Canada, while the de facto (unlawful) governments operating today lack any legal authority to pass Acts, Statutes, or Legislation.

Furthermore, this also means that since 1931, there has been no legal ‘Crown’ in Canada. To conceal these facts and the fraud they have perpetrated, these unlawful, de facto provincial and federal "governments" (which function as corporations) continue to go to extreme lengths to keep the public unaware that "we the people" are the rightful owners of the lands formerly known as Canada.

Further, a "Charter" does not legally apply to people. A "Charter" is to dictate the rules of operation for a corporate business, but it does not have any capacity for legal governance over we the people, only over the corporation itself.

Calling the "Charter" a 'charter of rights' for the people is outright fraud. The corporation of 'Canada' has no authority over us, only over itself, due to the fact that the corporation lost allodial title to the lands known as 'Canada.' As a result, the corporation of 'Canada' has no legal authority over us in any capacity nor do they have authority over any thing else on these lands.

This is why the definitions of Canada describe only the territorial waters but not the land because they have no allodial title to the lands. Let that sink in. The "Charter" of 1982 is nothing more than incorporation papers for the corporation so it cannot in any way be construed as a constitution to govern we the people with. The "Charter" was also never legally ratified anyway. Shouldn't a lawyer or anyone with a long history of activism for Alberta separation know these facts?

Currently, there are no lawful or legally de jure governments at either the provincial or federal level, as they lost allodial title to the lands known as Canada due to the 1931 Statute of Westminster. This statute effectively dissolved Canada in 1931, which is why today's provincial and federal governments falsely operate as corporations.

As a consequence of these legal realities the Clarity Act holds no legal weight or significance because since December 11, 1931, due to the passing of the Statute of Westminster, there has been no lawful mechanism for Parliament—whether federally or provincially—to pass any Act, Statute, or piece of legislation. The Clarity Act is therefore null, void, and not legally binding in any way.

TRUTH is what matters.

Additionally, Trump's '51st State' movement is part of the globalists' NWO's Agenda 2030 plans. At the beginning of the scamdemic Trump signed into existence 'Operation Warp Speed' which was what created the mRNA shots in the first place and now, some vaccinated lawyer in Alberta, claiming to represent one point eight million freedom people, tells you we should join and be a part of that

It's time to wake up, people. We are being misled by so-called "freedom leaders" operating as nothing more than agents for Danielle Smith, who herself is involved in setting up the NWO's Agenda 2030 plans through forced vaccinations (Bill 24), DNA data harvesting, Artificial Intelligence . infrastructure (Stargate), Carbon Capture (graphene), Graphene (nano-technology), Blockchain technology ,Digital ID, Artificial Intelligence, Net Zero policies, Agenda 2050, and more including MAID. or in simple facts is Medical aid in killing someone

Dr. David Martin, who spoke at the recent United Conservative Party "Injection of Truth" event in Calgary, said Danielle Smith should be jailed for premeditated murder for her continued injection of Albertans and their children with a known mRNA bioweapon. The same shots Trump still endorses and plans to make more of with his Artificial Intelligence 'Stargate' program. And yet, these Alberta Prosperity Project leaders" now claim Smith is going to save us? When is she going to save us? After we’re all dead?

What about the Alberta Pension Plan? Yet another Alberta Prosperity Project failure—due to Danielle Smith’s ties to Pierre Poilievre. Poilievre wants to keep your pension money, which is precisely why Smith refuses to stand up for Albertans. It’s that simple. Her loyalty lies with the NWO federalists, not Albertans.

Let’s not forget how the "Black Hats’" proposed amendments to the Alberta Bill of Rights turned out to be nothing more than a smokescreen. The only outcome of that futile exercise was Danielle Smith legalizing the forced vaccination of Albertans against their will via Bill 24. Without the distraction provided by the Black Hatters and Alberta Prosperity Project. Smith would not have had an excuse to push that legislation through. Do you see what's happening here? Do you see how we are being manipulated and misled?

This is why the Alberta freedom movement has never been able to do anything but continuously spin its wheels—it is intentional and by design. These so-called "freedom leaders" serve as nothing more than agents for the NWO and distraction from the truth, just like Take Back Alberta, which was nothing more than a Danielle Smith propaganda machine. So too, Alberta Prosperity Project is now becoming the same thing and turning into just another Danielle Smith cheerleading machine.

Meanwhile, ones who are genuinely trying to get things organized in the right direction are either purposely overshadowed, sabotaged and or negatively mischaracterized by our fake ‘freedom leaders.’
