‘Pokemon Legends: Z-A’ – Mega-Evolutions And The New Z-A Royale In Lumiose City – Gameplay Trailer

nds: Z-A released during the recent Nintendo Direct and we got a little more info about what goes on in Lumiose City where this game takes place.

During the day, you can venture into wild zones to catch Pokemon, but at night, the Z-A Royale takes place where Pokemon trainers battle each other to get stronger and rank-up. Your Z-A Royale ranking starts at Z with the goal being to get up rank A. There are Mega-Evolutions as well to really power-up your Pokemon. The day/night cycle is supposed to bring other gameplay changes as well.

Lumiose City is also where Pokemon X & Y for Nintendo 3DS took place years ago, so this game is somewhat of a sequel.

Pokemon Legends: Z-A releases for Nintendo Switch in late 2025.
