Dr. Brian Wansink is an American professor and researcher, specializing in consumer behavior and marketing research. From 2007 to 2009, he served as the executive director of the USDA's Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion (CNPP). Additionally, he was the John S. Dyson Endowed Chair in the Applied Economics and Management Department at Cornell University, where he led the Cornell Food and Brand Lab.
