Heat and rain fuel disease risk in Myanmar as toll crosses 3,000

Rescue workers in Myanmar said on Thursday (April 3) that they had recovered the bodies of at least 30 monks who were buried under the rubble of a monastery, as the death toll from last week's powerful earthquake surpassed 3,000. Global aid bodies are pleading for international support and issued warnings about disease outbreaks among survivors camping in the open. Kristy Kilburn reports.
