NJ consumer: The prices are ridiculous now. Literally last week I paid $30, now it's $75 for the same amount of groceries
Because the tarrifs hit and sellers will hike up prices now that there is chaos to profit on the american consumers. Even american companies that don't have a justification to bump up prices will because its capitalist america where there are no rules and no decency.
