The entertainment slaves of Hollywood. Project Monarch remains one of Mk Ultra's most underground projects that still believed to be used today, especially throughout the entertainment world. It is said to involve trauma-based mind control to create programmable individuals, often linked to Hollywood celebrities and entertainers. These programs are said to be active to this day.
