Ty's Journal - Learning Motorcycle Mechanics… in a Video Game? (No, Really)

What do you do when you’re dying to customize a motorcycle but don’t own one yet? You cheat. Sort of.

In this video, I’m trying out Motorcycle Mechanic Simulator to (badly) teach myself some basics of bike mechanics and customization while I wait to get my hands on a real project.

Think of it as a virtual apprenticeship.

Is this a legit way to prep for real-life wrenching? Probably not.
Is it ridiculously fun and weirdly inspiring? To me it is.

Consider this Part 1 of my “Fake It ‘Til You Make It” series, because sometimes the road to a real motorcycle starts somewhere small.
