Y’ALL… worst gym moment EVER! 💀 I was doing my workout, minding my business, when SNAP—my resistance band said NOPE and attacked me where it HURTS! 😫🔥

Lesson learned: NEVER lose focus with bands… unless you wanna risk that kind of pain! 🚨
