Groups of only monks in Duviri do not give a reward/decree. [bug]

In The Duviri Experience, there will occasionally be groups of Dax that spawn.  If you encounter one of these Dax groups, and it only contains monks (3. 4. 5 monks, any number,) you will not receive a reward/decree when the last Dax of that group is defeated.

However, if the group of Dax contains at least one of any other enemy type (Dax Gladius, Dax archer, Dax 2H mace dude) it will give a reward/decree, every time.
