Use Promo-Code NARFCC at BuyTwoWay Radios for 10% off any FCC licensing purchase through the end of 2025 - You can view their FCC Business License services here: https://www.buytwowayradios.com/business-radio-license-simplex.html?cmid=amsreGRvTmttM0k9&afid=MTc0SmRGN2tRQW89&ats=L05nZURJVHQ5eEk9
I used Kemp Wireless to get my FCC Business radio license - you can check their pricing here: https://kempwireless.com/motorola-radios/ols/products/fcc-itinerant-licensing-service
In this video I explain how I got my FCC Business Radio License. My FCC Business license allows me to legally (with the blessings of the FCC) transmit at up to 100Watts using my own semi-private UHF and VHF frequencies and the business radio license also allows me to us whatever digital encoding I choose (P25, DMR, NXDN, etc) and the business radio license also allows me to use AES256 encryption, or other types of radio-encryption so I can have fully encrypted, private conversations.
The FCC business license is different from a GMRS or ham radio licenses and the frequencies used are no ham radio or GMRS frequencies - you will need a "business" or FCC Part 90 radio. I use a Motorola XTS5000 handheld radio and in both Jeeps I have Motorola XTL5000 radios both of which allow me to have digital encrypted radio communications. Kemp Wireless is a great source of refurbished Motorola Business radios and you can find new Motorola, Kenwood and other brand radios that support business-radio frequencies and encryption at BuyTwoWayRadios and many other places on the Internet.
**I have received nothing in return from Kemp Wireless or BuyTwoWayRadios for making this video or mentioning them.
