Why I Took a Break from Social Media | My Mental Wellness Journey

In early 2025, I knew I needed to take my mental wellness seriously. Weekly therapy sessions weren’t enough, and I found myself struggling with burnout, anxiety, and overwhelming stress. So, I made a life-changing decision: I checked into a **dual-diagnosis residential therapy program** for a month.

In this video, I open up about my journey—what led me to this pivotal moment, the challenges I’ve faced as a content creator, mother, and entrepreneur, and how stepping away from social media helped me regain clarity and balance.

Why I’m Sharing This:

Mental health is still a **taboo topic**, despite **1 in 5 U.S. adults** experiencing some form of mental illness. Many of us struggle in silence, fearing judgment. But I want to change that. I hope this video helps **destigmatize mental health treatment** and encourages others to seek the support they need.
