Jeremy's Jersey Devil Smashburger on the Blackstone Griddle
Jeremy’s dropping the Jersey Devil Smashburger—crispy smash patties, seared pork roll, fried egg, and melty pepper jack stacked with intention. It's finished off with a bold, fiery sauce and a Frito crunch for that perfect kick. One bite and you’ll know it means business!

Ingredients
For the Burger Sauce
Ketchup
Duke’s Mayonnaise
Diced Jalapeno Peppers
Hot Sauce (of your choice)
Whiskey Burger Seasoning
Fritos (for dusting)
For the Smashburger
80/20 Ground Beef
1 Egg per Burger
2 slices of Pork Roll per Burger
Pepper Jack Cheese (1 slice per burger)
Oil (for griddling)
Directions
1. To make the burger sauce, combine 80% mayonnaise and 20% ketchup as the base. Stir in diced jalapenos, add hot sauce to taste, then season with whiskey burger seasoning and finish with a dusting of crushed Fritos.
2. For the burger, heat a griddle on high and lightly coat it with oil. Form patties from 80/20 ground beef and place them on the griddle, smashing them firmly with two spatulas to get a crispy crust. Cut three slits into the pork roll and add it to the griddle. Use silicone egg rings to shape the eggs, cracking one egg per ring. Flip the pork roll and eggs once cooked to your desired doneness.
3. Once the burger patties are done, place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each patty and allow it to melt. Then, stack the pork roll, fried egg, and melted cheese on each burger, and top it with a generous slathering of the burger sauce. Serve and enjoy!
