With U.S. absent, China steps in for earthquake-hit Myanmar

After a 7.7 magnitude earthquake shook Myanmar on Friday, killing more than 2,800 people, China relief workers are amongst the most impactful as U.S. support is relatively small. Fiona Jones reports.
