‘Notes to God’ cleared from Jerusalem’s Western Wall

A team of men on Wednesday (April 2), some using wooden sticks and some using just their bare hands, gouged out written prayers that visitors to Judaism's Western Wall in Jerusalem traditionally cram into its crevices. "This year we have more notes because of the war, because of the hostages," said Asher Rokach, a guide at the Western Wall Heritage Center.
