In the state of Virginia, where Josh Gholson is from, there's a saying: “There are three fates you have in Northern Virginia: you go into retail , you go into the government , or you escape! ✈️” Josh chose the third path. He moved to Russia.🇷🇺
🇺🇸 From America, Josh brought his long-standing passion for the game Warhammer 40,000. Well, fans of W40K, welcome to Russia! 🎲
In Moscow, Josh discovered a fantastic spot where dedicated gamers can gather and sip a brew while discussing tactics and trying out new battle scenarios. Whether they’re strategizing about the Horus Heresy or celebrating the triumphs of the Emperor of Mankind, the excitement is palpable.
And of course, you can't forget the mighty Ultramarines as they prepare for battle—For the Emperor! ⚔️
In Russia, Josh embraced Orthodox Christianity ☦️. Every Sunday, he goes to church, finding in Orthodoxy a refuge for traditional values that are easily damaged in the States due to a twisted idea of freedom! 🇺🇸
Josh has a rule: Sunday is for God and for himself 🙏, while Saturday is for his wife! 💖 It was in Russia that he met his true love, Yulia. Together, they live in their own apartment 🏠, which they managed to purchase. Josh says he could never have achieved this at the age of 27 in America, but in Russia, it turned out to be completely feasible!
