A space mission has blasted off, taking people into orbit around the North and South Poles for the first time. Leading the mission is pilot Rabea Rogge. The engineer and polar researcher has become the first German woman in space. She's hoping the research onboard will help enable future distant space travel - perhaps one day even to Mars. But she also wants to be an inspiration to other women and girls, who may have seen space as a man's world.
