Easy Morning Stretch Routine in Bed | 10 Exercises in 10 Minutes
Join me for a 10 min pilates ab and core workout. This full body Good Morning Workout for the core is ideal to get you started for the day when you want a challenging workout that will be effective with daily practice. I recommend you do this session daily for 10 weeks to see and feel a real difference in your core strength. You can do it as standalone routine, add it to one of my other classes or your own fitness routine. The benefits will be greater abdominal and core strength, less back pain, more muscle tone and a noticeable difference in your appearance. Enjoy the challenge and enjoy the journey!
