Jim Brown - a Scottish guy in Moscow 🇷🇺. He was born and raised in Scotland, in a land of incredible natural beauty, but he has now been based in the Russian capital for a year.
He has, of course, red hair. And there is a bottle of Scottish whisky 🥃 in his Moscow apartment... But perhaps we'll stop with the stereotypes here.)
Jim is a citizen of the world! 🌍 He has traveled extensively: he spent a long time in America 🇺🇸, Australia 🇦🇺, and even New Zealand 🇳🇿. But he couldn't find a place to settle down until... he came to Moscow! 🇷🇺
Even as a child, he knew from films and books: a Russian guy is always the bad guy! So Jim was surprised when he met Russian people. It turned out they are very friendly and always ready to help!
Based on his travel experience, the Scottish guy in Moscow 🇷🇺 has identified five main reasons why Russia is better: safety, low cost of living, cleanliness on the streets, excellent service, and the importance of family values 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦!
And there is only one downside in Russia - it's the complex Russian language! 🇷🇺 However, Jim is performing a feat and is diligently learning Russian. After all, it is in Russia that he found his new home and confidently says, "I'll be in Russia as long as Russia lets me be here."
