Two-A-Day Climbing Session And Why You Need To Listen To Your Body

Here are several clips from a climbing session. I work on repeating some problems I have already climbed, but try to climb them better (i.e. Perfect Repeats). A slight change in grip position, foot placement, etc. can make a difference. Then I work on my Limit Boulder. The mental aspect is just as crucial (maybe more) than the physical aspect.
