Despite the crushing defeat of Republican Brad Schimel by Democrat Susan Crawford in today's Wisconsin Supreme Court race in spite of the efforts of Elon Musk and Scott Pressler, this Congressional victory alongside the Voter ID Amendment in Wisconsin go to show that it was not the blowout that Democrats may have hoped for, going into the 2026 midterm elections.
