First time making Sloppy Joe's with "gardein" plant-based "ground be'f"

Not bad at all, really! We made taco meat with it last night and couldn't even tell the difference. This is helping get us through that Vegetarian Lent. Next I will try adding it to Marinara Sauce for "Spaghetti Pie".
