Dan Hartman Suit Against Pfizer - Update

Dan Hartman, as you remember, is a fearless father who has a chilling and heartbreaking story. Dan Hartman strongly believes his son Sean was killed by the COVID shot, and he is suing Pfizer and the Government of Canada for justice.

Dan tells me as of last week, the court let the government off the hook. The government had moved to have their part of the case struck (shut down), and the court agreed with them. Dan says the court said the government did not have a standard of care with regards to his son, Sean.

Dan is very upset by this ruling - but the good news is that his case against Pfizer is still on (arguably the most important part). Dan says Pfizer has not moved to have anything struck, and Dan speculates that they want to continue working with him to make some kind of a deal to avoid having to release evidence in court.

According to Dan - this is the first case of its kind in North America.
