The melon noir sour is similar to that of the Green Pirate sour, but tastes entirely different thanks to the inclusion of campari. This drink brings both the sweet melon and the bitter campari alongside the use of egg white which gives you a silky smooth texture and brings more subtle flavors to the palate.

The flavor profile is that of some tropical dry berry with a sweet start and bitter lingering bite. However, overall the flavor tends to be a bit "flat" on total "roller coaster" ride of flavors, the profiles are fairly consistent from start to finish and each sip makes you want to go back for another.

Melon Noir Sour Cocktail
- 1 oz Midori
- 1 oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- 1/2 oz Campari
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
