No one is being honest about the disruption coming. They're willing to let you go into debt just to keep the plates spinning a little longer.

If you're already going to be saddled with debt, with weaker job prospects than ever in history, you may as well use that debt to start your own company.

If you've been fired or can't find work, seriously consider using the AI tools to create a business you wouldn't have been able to 6 months ago. Your individual capabilities are only going to improve, as AI improves.

The big corporations are going to be the least able to rapidly incorporate AI capabilities. Outplay them, steal their market share, do whatever it takes to make it through this rough transition.
