Pressing & Accessories Small Workout

For my primary movement I did 5x sets of Incline Dumbbell Press doubles for strength work under fatigue. Only managed the 75s today but each dumbbell is over half my bodyweight and this was after a 30km bike on empty

Then, for an Accessory I did 5 sets of Lifefitness Machine Lateral Raises. Since this was my last movement of the session, the first set was 1-2 RIR and each subsequent set was to failure. These were in the 10+ rep range
