The Sun radiates absolute light.

A Solar Eclipse cannot play out the way it does with finite light. The 8 minute and 20 second delay wouldn’t allow the Sun, the Moon, and the Moon’s shadow, to line up the way they do. The Sun is always directly behind the Moon as the Solar Eclipse goes through the motions. This can only happen with absolute light from the Sun. Slam Dunk.
