Russia has reportedly complained to the U.S. in connection to the strikes on its energy infrastructure by Ukraine in the last 48 hours. Russian foreign minister confirmed that he had handed over a list of violations by Ukraine to U.S. NSA Mike Waltz and Secretary of State Marco Rubio. His comments came after a security meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Meanwhile, Russian deputy foreign minister Sergey Ryabkov claimed that the U.S. peace proposals in current form were unacceptable to Russia.
