Subjects Discussed:
1 - No one in this world speaks to you more than you do to yourself.
2 - No one in this world can support you or put you down more than you do it to yourself.
3 - As you practice quieting your internal critic the outer world will appear to be less criticle.
4 - Putting ourselves down will never lift us up, and so stop sacrificing your time, focus and energy to thoughts that do not support you.
5 - The ego always criticizes, God always supports.
6 - Define the world through the ego's lens then judgment, anxiousness, fear will become your response and thus produce the hellish mindset
7 - Define the world through Love's lens then forgiveness, compassion, mercy and grace will become your response and thus you will experience a heavenly mindset.
8 - When you are following God's Love's path then you will feel fulfilled because you are doing what God created you. to do.
9 - If you are not aligned with loving thoughts, with God, do not punish yourself, simply recognize that you are somewhere within your heart and mind where you do not belong.
10 - Visualizing God with a vaccume clearer sucking out all your negative thoughts.
11 - Using anxiety not to grow it, but instead as a trigger to help you recall that you can go to God with your anxiety. This way now anxiety become an ally in your awakening process.
12 - A universal law is that you Must ask for help - or else they wont interfere.
13 - Each one of us has co-designed our journeys with God, trust this and you will have peace.
14 - Practice using every interaction to represent God on Earth. Become whatever expression of love the moment and those in it seem to be requesting.
15 - Nothing in our outer environment can take away your peace unless you allow them to.
16 - No matter what the outer world does, your job, mission and purpose is to be a beacon of peace for others.
17 - When you consciously control your mind by aligning it with peace and love, the outer world will not be able to have control over your mind/peace/life.
18 - Finding peace with what Trump is doing. All he is doing is helping you practice that you can choose peace.
19 - Judgment is not my job. Mercy and grace are.
20 - Anyone who triggers you is showing you an external picture of your internal condition and conditioning.
21 - Peace is your natural state of mind. If you are not at peace then you are somewhere that you do not belong.
22 - When you lack peace it showing you that the ego's past programs are in control of your thoughts, mind and life.
23 - Thank those who trigger you cause they are showing you that you have final say over your levels of peace or pain.
24 - You can only ever choose to see this world thought love's lens or through the ego's lens, the first one produces peace, the other one produces pain.
25 - When one recall that God, Perfect Love, always has your back, non-judgment and peace results.
26 - Learn to see each moment as a gift from God to you.
27 - If you lack peace, do not punish yourself, do not feel ashamed, instead forgive yourself and others and choose from a peace state of mind.
28 - Forgive another and free yourself.
29 - Ask yourself: What would love think, say and do now, then think, say and do only that.
30 - What the ego uses to hurt, the Holy Spirit uses to heal.
31 - Learn to invite the Holy Spirit to guide you and lead the way.
32 - Whatever the ego says is a lie, because the ego itself is a fairy tale, a delusion, not real or true.

Daily Inspiration: March 2. Quieting Our Internal Critic – Condensed Version

There is no one who communicates with us more during our day than we ourself do. There is no bigger critic of ourself than ourself. Today, as we practice quieting our inner critic, the outer world will begin to feel like a less critical place. The outside world is a reflection of our inner thoughts, condition and conditioning. The less time we spend criticizing ourself, the less critical this world will appear to be. The less critical the world appears to be, the more at peace and secure we will feel in it. The more at peace and secure we feel, the more confident we become, and the less we will be affected by criticism. Today, let us recall that putting ourself down in any way, shape or form will not lift us or this world up. So let us simply stop doing what is not working for us. Let us stop supporting a mindset that does not support us or the world we want.

Today, let us recall that the thoughts we choose to think, support and thus reinforce will show us whose guidance we are following. God’s guidance will bring our mind into alignment with the state of non-judgment and peace. The ego’s guidance will bring our mind into alignment with a judgmental and critical mindset. Using our free will, in each moment, we can choose whose guidance to follow. Today, let us reclaim the power we once surrendered to the critical mind...
