This video was recorded at the time while Andrew was living in homeless shelters in May 2020. An uneventful video but for a few moments:

25:38: “He presents as a higher level of care than what he actually needs.”
26:30: "Andrew on his own behest decided to place additional demands on what his needs are so that he can state that he's being refused."
