It doesn't matter what he calls himself. It doesn't matter what he pretends to be. Bernie Sanders is a Democrat. Always has been. And he's been that way even more so in the last few years. Sanders for years has claimed to be against regime change wars and interventionist wars and USA wasting money and lives overseas and to focus more on the American worker economically, and not bloat and surrender to the military industrial complex. Either by direct American action, or by proxy. And that he’s been against how the CIA has abused power, to lead America into wasting billions of dollars on foreign military conflicts, interventions, and wars. So look what happens when Tulsi Gabbard, who is also clearly against regime change wars, has said so for years, and is against arrogant American military interventionism all over the world, wasting money and lives etc, is trying to be confirmed as the Director of National Intelligence in the Senate? How does the so-called independent Bernie sanders, who has presumably also been against regime change wars and abuses, vote, regarding Tulsi Gabbard? Does he act like an independent? Does he vote what he claims to have been for or against these past years? Which has been very factually similar to Tulsi Gabbard's views on these specific matters? Of course not. Bernie Sanders voted no. He voted against Tulsi Gabbard. So much for being an independent. And so much for being against regime change wars. Because for all his burping about quote “well Pennsylvania voted for Trump, so we have to look at that and consider that, and take that seriously, and understand the voters”, etc, Fetterman every single time voted against all of Trump's nominees.
