Numerous studies have shown a distinct gender bias in the type of charges and sentencing when found guilty of those charges in favor of women.

The indisputable fact is that while there is a claim that men are more violent when you look at the facts and observe that women are less likely to be arrested and charged, more likely to face less serious charges even when they are and more likely to get plea bargains and lower sentence even when guilty of said charges it calls into question the whole dynamic.

In this video I discuss that and use a case to show how that comes into play and how a man would be in prison for life for committing the crime in question while the woman got only a few years
