Search and rescue operations continued on Tuesday (April 1) at the collapsed building site in Bangkok, where 74 people remain missing. With realistic chances of survival diminishing after 72 hours, rescue teams scaled the wreckage, with search dogs on standby to detect any signs of life. Despite the relentless efforts, some relatives have begun to accept the grim reality of the situation.
Meanwhile, officials from the K9 Unit and Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) hope that bringing their dogs to meet the relatives of the victims will bring them some kind of comfort.
A powerful earthquake that struck Myanmar on March 28 has led to 20 confirmed deaths across Thailand, with 13 of them from the collapse site as of 9:00 am according to officials.
