In this video, we’ll dive into the radical idea of "Good for Nothing Zen" from Japanese Soto Zen Master Kodo Sawaki.

We’re often conditioned to seek something from our meditation practice—whether it's peace, enlightenment, or even a sense of accomplishment. But true Zen begins when we let go of all desires and expectations, doing meditation simply for the sake of doing it. I'll show you how embracing the "good-for-nothing" approach allows us to release attachment to outcomes and simply be in the present moment. This is where true freedom and awakening begin.
