🎞 The Subject of this Movie
Home. Such a simple, short word.
But what does it even mean to be ‘at home’? And what if you lose it - like the millions of current refugees fleeing conflicts?
Why is it so painful when you don't feel at home anywhere, and so fulfilling when you have found it?
And how is it that even those who have a home seem to keep searching for one?
Subconsciously, I have struggled with this topic for some time.
I saw it in my journal. I saw it in the songs I wrote. I was searching, but not for intellectual concepts or philosophical answers.
I wanted to see, ask, experience, try things out…
But I never thought that this search would lead me into a war zone.
