Post-Conditioning Lower Body

For my primary movement I began with Rear Foot Elevated Split Squats. I used a single kettlebell held in the opposite arm of the working leg, proximal to the centerline. I did 5x sets of 10+ reps each leg

Next, for direct hamstring work I did Lifefitness Seated Hamstring Curls. I did these high volume with 5x sets in the 15+ rep range

For calves, I did high volume Hammer Strength Seated Calf Raises. 5x sets of these, 20+ reps each set

Last, as a posterior chain finisher I did a quick 100x Hammer Strength 45 Degree Back Extensions in 5x sets of 20
