Newborn Kitten Found

I don't want to give up on young Freckles (named by neighbor's preteen son), but I don't have a means to properly feed it at this stage of it's life.
I tried to get our momma cat to nurse it, but she wants nothing to do with the little one. For it's safety, it's best for the shelter to take Freckles in.
