BREAKTHROUGH in the Spiritual Storm!

This week Shannon M. Gross divulges a powerful vision she experienced when finding herself within a jail cell and what happened to the people trapped inside. The journey continues when she finds herself outside the prison and she encounters Jesus at the cross. Shannon sees a compelling vision of the exchange that occurred when Jesus went to the cross. This power of God transcends time as the mystery of God’s love for His people is revealed when he gave His life for ours, so we can walk out of our jail cell of sin and oppression because he took our punishment and nailed it to the cross. Not only that, once He exchanged His life for ours, He descended into the darkest pit of hell and made a spectacle of the devil and destroyed any power he held over humanity, by defeating death and taking back the keys to the kingdom and reserving them for His beloved people.

The Holy Spirit reiterates the importance of tuning into what He’s saying, so everyone who hears the living and active word can walk the path into their purpose and destiny. Not only that, an invitation from God to soar on His eagle’s wings if they can learn to shed humanity’s standards of what is possible or impossible if they allow the Holy Spirit to live and reign within them. God’s thoughts are higher than our thoughts and His ways are higher than our ways, and He reveals an important lesson to obey what He says because it may not make sense to our thinking, but it aligns with the plans and purposes He wants to usher in to provide a good future for His people. He reminds us He must tear down strongholds the kingdom of darkness has erected, but that doesn’t mean we need to remain a captive in the devil’s destructive stronghold. By the power of Jesus Christ, we can have breakthrough if we choose.

By realizing Jesus is the gift God provided that gives us the keys to His kingdom and victory over death, we can come out of the prison of sin and oppression in confidence knowing that the Living and Active Word Who lives and reigns within us is stronger and has gained victory over he who thinks his rickety jail cell of sin can keep us locked in his flimsy veil of lies and deception. Our debt has been paid, and Jesus Christ is and always has been our BREAKTHROUGH to freedom and abundant life!
