Cops Don't like Burnouts

Occurred on November 15, 2018 / Baton Rouge, Lousiana, USA

Info from Licensor: "We have a car meet once a week and had someone trying to do a burnout and it didn’t work out so this guy comes up and holds a burnout for a solid minute. The cop then came across the parking lot telling everyone leave now and sat behind the guy, telling him to stop his burnout. He just held it in front of the cop without a care in the world."
