This is a fun personal homage to Ren Gill, the one and only - I fell in love with this artist the minute I heard Hi Ren for the first time, and when Sick Boi the album dropped, I fell in love all over again and again, with every track my addiction to Ren's musical talents became more intoxicating and I love that about his music. Anyway, in the same vein as the album (kinda twisted, dark, neurotic feeling) I wanted to parody Ren but in a way that shows respect to and for his talents and his struggles. So this was the two minded, schizo/psycho bitch response to his original very cheeky 'Five Guys' version (IYKYK) - the female who can't decide whether she's okay with that one night he proposes or not... not quite the same struggles as Ren but it's in the same realm of possibilities from the female perspective, given the source material. I hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed writing and recording it.
