People are freaking out about tariffs

At some point America has to start paying its bills and it's a reality that many in congress don't want to be known for and many presidents don't want on their legacy. But the reality is america is 36 trillion in debt. Will things get expensive? Will people see the greater picture? A minority will, a majority will not.

One example of what will become more expensive is laptops. Laptops presently are sold at a price point of what a laptop was sold 10 years ago fully equipped. With the next version of windows slated to roll out, it's rumored to be a subscription as a service business model vs windows as a service model. So you buy a laptop that has a mark up due to the tariff and you more than likely would have to pay a subscription to Microsoft to keep using said laptop or you can buy one second hand and take it to a geek like me and they can configure it to run linux.
