The Suicide Mission
With the team assembled, Shepard boards an incredibly dangerous craft to recover a device that could help them pass through the Omega-4 Relay. But a tragic turn of events causes the situation to become even more dire, and Shepard must finally make the jump to the Collector's base of operations...

Project Firewalker: Geth Activity: Shepard investigates a Cerberus facility where geth forces have overrun the area. Using the Hammerhead hovercraft, they eliminate the geth presence and secure important research data before extracting safely.

Karumto:

Project Firewalker: Recover Research Data: The team recovers lost scientific data from a hazardous environment, using the Hammerhead to navigate through dangerous terrain while avoiding automated defenses and environmental hazards.

Probing Planets: Quick intermission to probe different galaxies for elements to upgrade the Normandy (this is essential before completing the suicide mission if you want to save all squad memebers).

Kopis:

Project Firewalker: Prothean Ruin: Shepard explores ancient Prothean ruins, uncovering more about their lost civilization. The site is protected by automated security systems, forcing the team to fight their way through to secure valuable artifacts.

Aratoht:

Arrival: Shepard is contacted by Admiral Hackett regarding a top-secret mission to extract Dr. Amanda Kenson, a scientist imprisoned by Batarians for claiming the Reapers’ invasion is imminent. Arriving at the Batarian prison on Aratoht, Shepard fights through guards and security systems before rescuing Kenson, who insists she has proof of a Reaper artifact confirming the invasion.

They travel to the hidden Project Base, where Kenson and her team have been studying the Reaper artifact known as the "Object Rho." The artifact has been transmitting a signal that suggests the Reapers will arrive through the Alpha Relay in just two days. Kenson insists on destroying the relay to prevent the invasion, but before Shepard can act, Kenson and her entire team are revealed to be indoctrinated by the Reapers. Shepard is captured and placed in stasis for two days while Kenson prepares to activate the Reaper signal.

Upon escaping, Shepard battles through the now-hostile base, disabling security measures and fighting indoctrinated scientists and mechs. Kenson ultimately triggers a countdown, forcing Shepard to act fast. Shepard initiates a massive asteroid’s collision course with the Alpha Relay, knowing it will destroy the relay but also wipe out the entire Batarian system.

As the countdown nears its end, Shepard fights Kenson one last time. Before dying, she warns that the Reapers are coming regardless of the relay’s destruction. Shepard barely escapes the base as the asteroid collides with the relay, resulting in a catastrophic explosion that kills over 300,000 Batarians.

Admiral Hackett contacts Shepard, acknowledging the necessity of the action but warning that the Batarian government will not take it lightly. With the Reapers now fully aware of the Milky Way, the mission ends with a sense of looming dread as the galaxy unknowingly stands on the brink of war.

Daratar:

N7: Eclipse Smuggling Depot: Shepard is sent to Daratar to stop Eclipse mercenaries smuggling mechs. Upon arrival, they can either destroy the mechs to recover the stolen goods.
