A Bad Move By Man Damaging A Tesla In Mississippi…Has Active Felony Warrant, Is An Illegal Immigrant

Posted • March 31, 2025: Saturday was the leftist protesters' big "Tesla Takedown" day. Well, they had it. They screamed and yelled. They harassed a Tesla driver in Ohio. They had threatening signs in New York City. But Tesla is still there and so is Elon Musk. The radical actions against Teslas continue on as the people attacking them can't seem to grok that the vehicles have cameras that will record what they do to damage the cars. As we reported, it even caught the action when a man allegedly cut off and attacked a woman driving a Tesla on the highway in Flagstaff, punching her through the window of her car. There have been a ton of bad moves behind the attacks on Teslas, and the people involved have run the gamut: young, elderly, well-off, educated (but pretty dumb for their alleged actions). But a man in Brookhaven, Mississippi had perhaps an extra reason why he shouldn't have been allegedly trying to damage a Tesla.

Brookhaven Police said the man they identified as Osvaldo Torres-Rodriguez was caught on camera going after a Tesla with wire cutters at a Walmart in the town. Video shows the man damaging the hood and the driver's side of the car. —— 63-year-old Osvaldo Torres-Rodriguez, an illegal from Cuba, is allegedly who committed the vandalism Friday of a Tesla in Brookhaven, Mississippi. He was caught on video using a set of pliers in the crime. But here's the kicker. According to WLBT3: “The suspect has been identified as 63-year-old Osvaldo Torres-Rodriguez. Brookhaven PD says that Torres-Rodriguez has an active felony warrant and is an undocumented immigrant.” —— Oops.

“Brookhaven PD Chief Kenneth Collins stated, “It does not matter what your political views are, you have no right messing with people’s personal property. Felony charges will be filed of the individual(s) involved.”” —— They issued a warrant for his arrest. So this is all likely to affect his immigration status as well and given that it's in Mississippi, he may find ICE waiting for him with a one-way ticket out of the country. (…)
