Chasing .1 MOA Accuracy

I'm in pursuit of .1 MOA GROUPS with my Seekins Precision Havak PH2 chambered in 300 PRC. I've decided I need more stability and weight in the stock, so I dropped my barrel and action into an MDT ACC Elite Chassis system. check out this video where I try Handloads w/ Berger Hybrid 215gr & H1000 powder.
