Toronto Indigo vandalism: More charges dropped against pro-Palestinian activists

After 15 months, three more activists from the so-called 'Indigo 11' had the criminal charges against them withdrawn on Thursday.

Members of the group had launched a legal challenge over the Toronto Police's handling of the investigation before the charges were dropped.

Toronto police originally laid charges of mischief, conspiracy and criminal harassment after the group allegedly splashed red paint and postered the downtown store in what they described as “suspected hate-motivated offences.”
