Welcome to my strength training workout with Monster Hunter Wilds gameplay.

This workout will be broken up into three parts.

#1 Push-ups every 2.5 minutes for 3 hours.

#2 Abs every 5 minutes for 1.5 hours.

#3 Legs every 5 minutes for 1.5 hours.

You Can sit back and enjoy the gameplay, or you can follow along for a few sets. What you get out of this live stream is up to you.
